“One of the many reasons I became so involved with the 12th can was being able to see firsthand how I was making an impact on people’s lives. Faith Upton
"I joined the 12th Can because I wanted to be part of an organization that made a significant difference on campus. After the first informational, I knew this was an organization that was passionately fighting food insecurity in our own Aggie community. I wanted to be part of giving back in this way to our Aggie family because that's what families do and since the first day, the people I've met and friends I've made in the 12th Can have enriched my experience even more!"

Mir Ali
Mir has been coming down to volunteer with us throughout most of our summer openings and he has been a huge help in helping to make sure that Aggies that need our services are able to receive the food they need. He always arrives with a great attitude and ready to selflessly serve our Aggie community. We are lucky to have him as a part of our organization!

Molly Klussman
"I joined the 12th Can because I wanted to help people. There are a lot of great orgs to do just that, but I chose the 12th Can because I thought I could do the most good here. I enjoy organizing and working with my hands, and since I am a nutrition major, I thought I could get a better education by working with nutrition in a more practical way. " Molly has volunteered at numerous sorting and donation days. She actively engages at socials she attends and exemplifies selfless service this past month.
