Important information about appointments:

  • Appointment sign-ups are posted on Fridays before opening weeks between 3:00-3:30 PM.
  • Appointment slots fill up fast, so we recommend signing up as soon as possible.
  • Appointments are 30 minutes long. You can arrive anytime within the alloted time period, as well as 15 minutes prior to the start of the time slot and 15 minutes after the end of the time slot.
    • For example, if you choose an appointment slot from 3-3:30PM, you can arrive anytime between 2:45-3:45PM.
  • If you can no longer make your appointment, you may change your time in PantrySOFT (if other appointments are available) or delete it if not.
