About Appointments
Appointments are created using PantrySOFT. Click here to create an account. Once you have made an account, you can make appointments through the software. For help creating a PantrySOFT account or making appointments, please contact our Operations Director at [email protected].
Important information about appointments:
- Appointment sign-ups open Fridays before opening weeks between 3:00-3:30 PM.
- Appointment slots fill up fast, so we recommend signing up as soon as possible.
- Appointments allow you to enter the pantry to shop and select food. You may also receive perishable items and meal bundles (when available).
- If you can no longer make your appointment, you may change your time in PantrySOFT (if other appointments are available) or delete it if not.
- Appointments are 30 minutes long, and you can arrive anytime during your scheduled slot.
